This policy explains what information Metrix Web Design collects through this website and how it is used. It is written to be short and readable.

Information you send

When you submit the project inquiry form, the details you enter are collected: your name, email address, business name, type of business, any website or social link you share, your project details, and the options you select (such as project type, a package of interest, or a free mockup or website review request).

Submissions are delivered through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards each inquiry by email so that Metrix Web Design can read and reply to them. That service processes the submission only to deliver it.

How it is used

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a free homepage mockup or website review, if you request one.
• To keep a record of project conversations.

Your information is not sold, rented, or used for unrelated marketing.

Spam protection

The form includes a hidden field and a short timing check to filter automated spam. These checks run in your browser and do not set cookies.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If analytics are added, they will be limited to counting visits and button clicks, will never receive the contents of the inquiry form, and this policy will be updated first.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request.

Concept demos

The portfolio includes concept demo websites for fictional businesses. Forms and booking controls on those demos are demonstrations only. They do not send or store anything you type.

How long information is kept

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a project goes ahead, for the duration of that project and reasonable record-keeping afterwards. You can ask for your information to be deleted at any time.
